Ingredient:

  1. Oat 1/2 cup
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Water 1/2 cup
  4. Almond 2 tbsp (chopped)
  5. Pistachio 2 tbsp
  6. Green cardamom 2 (crushed)
  7. Honey 6 tbsp
  8. Oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

In a pan heat oil and add oat.
Fry it till it changed its color.
Add milk and water, stir well.
Cook over medium flame until water and milk evaporated.
Stir occasionally.
When it seems that oat is tenderized, add almonds, pistachio and honey.
Now stir and simmer over medium flame until milk evaporated.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
