Ingredients:

  1. Instant chicken meat balls 1/2 kg
  2. Onion 2 (chopped)
  3. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Ginger 1 tbsp (chopped)
  5. Tomatoes 3 (chopped)
  6. Green Coriander 2 tbsp
  7. Green chili 4 (minced)
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  10. Spice powder 1 tsp
  11. Oil 6 tbsp

Procedure:

Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion, fry for 3 minutes.
Then add tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and fry until tomatoes water dry up.
Then add all dry spices and simmer for 4 minutes more.
Add 1/2 cup water and grind this masala in a blender.
Then again add this grounded mixture into cooking pan and cook until water became dry.
Add instant meat balls in it and cook for 6 minutes with continuous stirring.
Add 1/2 cup water and sprinkle green chili, green coriander, cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes over low flame.
Serve hot with nan.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
