Ingredients:

  1. Mango 1 cup (puree)
  2. Egg 2 (white)
  3. Fresh cream 4 tbsp
  4. Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Beat egg whites in a bowl.
Fold mango puree and cream in a separate bowl.
Now, add beaten egg white and fold gently.
Keep it in freezer for a night.
Serve cold.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Freezing Time: 8 hours

Do You Know:Egg white contains 87% water and 13% protein. It contains no cholesterol and little fat.
