Ingredients:

  1. Mango 2 cup (puree)
  2. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Cream 1/2 cup
  5. Sugar 1/2 cup (ground)
  6. Green cardamom 3 (crushed)

Procedure:

Grind mangoes puree with milk in a blender.
Pour it in a sauce pan.
Add cardamom, sugar, and cream.
Cook it for 15 minutes over medium flame.
Mix corn flour in a small bowl with three tbsp cold milk.
Now add this corn flour into the mixture, stir continuously.
Cook it until get smooth.
Take a side from stove and let it to cool.
Then pour this mixture in a freezer bowl.
Cover it and put into freezer over night.
When it get ready serve it in ice-cream cups.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Freezing Time: 8 hours
