Ingredients:

  1. Orange 4 (seed less, chopped)
  2. Orange juice 1/4 cup
  3. Orange rind 1 tbsp (grated)
  4. Milk 2 cup
  5. Corn flour 4 tbsp
  6. Sugar 1/2 cup
  7. Fresh cream 1/2 cup

Procedure:

In a blender, add orange and grind them.
In 1/2 cup milk, dissolve corn flour, and keep aside.
Take a sauce pan and boil 1 1/2 cup milk.
Add sugar, orange rind, orange puree and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add corn flour mixture, stir constantly during the whole cooking process.
Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
It should be thick in consistency.
Stop cooking and let it cool for 1 hour on room temperature.
Then mix fresh cream and orange juice in it.
Pour in a glass bowl.
Cover and keep in fridge for 3-4 hours.
Serve cold.

Chill Time: 4 hours

Do You Know: Orange was cultivated before 4,000 years in southern China and Southeast Asia. It’s a citrus fruit. Its rind and pulp both are in different cooking products.
