Ingredients:

  1. Beef/mutton 1/2 kg (boneless)
  2. Onion 1 (cut in rings)
  3. Onion 1 (roughly chopped)
  4. Green chili 4 (minced)
  5. Green coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
  6. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  7. Mint 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Dry red chili 6
  10. Spice powder 1 tsp
  11. Yogurt 1/2 cup
  12. Oil 6 tbsp

Procedure:

Fry the onion of rings shaped cutting in hot oil, until get dark brown.
Separate it from oil and transfer in a dish, keep aside.
Place all ingredients except beef in blender and grind until mixture get smooth.
In the same oil pour the mixture and beef, simmer for 20 minutes over medium flame, stir occasionally.
Add 1 cup water, cover the lid and cook over medium flame until beef tenderized and water evaporated.
It may take 30 minutes.
After that add brown fried onion, stir once.
Cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes over low flame.
Transfer in a bowl and serve with boiled rice.

Note: If it needs add more little water but it should not have so much gravy.

Cooking Time: 1 hour

Do You Know: Originally Mint was used as herb to treat stomach ache and some other pains. Mint leaves were also used to whiten teeth. It also helps digestion.
