Ingredients:

1. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
2. Baking powder 1 tbsp
3. Dried peach 1 cup (chopped)
4. Orange juice 1 cup
5. Cheese 1 cup (grated)
6. Sugar 1 cup (ground)
7. Egg 3

Procedure:

Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl.
Add sifted flour and baking powder, beat with electrical beater, no lumps should be there.
During this process, add orange juice slowly.
When it became smooth batter, add chopped peach and grated cheese and mix gently.
Preheat oven at 350° F before 20 minutes.
Pour the batter in a greased baking dish till half.
Bake for 40 minutes at least.
Serve it hot.
