Ingredients:

  1. Raw sour mango 1 kg
  2. Salt 2 tbsp
  3. Red chili powder 1 1/2 tbsp
  4. Nigella 1/2 tsp
  5. Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  6. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  7. Garlic cloves 2
  8. Oil 4 tbsp

Procedure:

Wash and dry mangoes with a clean cloth.
Cut mangoes in small pieces.
Mix salt, red chili, hing and red chili powder, nigella, fenugreek, mustard seeds in a deep big bowl.
Add pieces of mangoes in it, and rub well.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add garlic cloves in it and crackle, cook it for 3-4 minutes.
Pour this oil over mangoes, and mix well.
Now cover this pickle and put in a cool place for 2 hours.
You can preserve it for 1 week.
Use it as a side dish

Tip 1: Never use a wet spoon to take out pickle from jar.
Tip 2: Always use wooden spoon for pickle.
