Ingredients:

  1. Tomato 1/2 kg
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. Salt 1/4 tsp
  4. Green cardamom 4
  5. Almonds 1/2 cup (ground)
  6. Raisins 1/2 cup (soak in water)
  7. Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Make tomato puree in a grinder, do not add water in it.
Heat oil in the pan, add green cardamom and fry until splutter.
Add tomato puree in it.
Stir continuously over low flame, cook 7 minutes.
Add all other ingredients, cook and stir until it get smooth and thick.
Serve hot.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
