Ingredients:
- Shami kababs 4 (fried)
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
- Green chili 2 (chopped)
- Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
Procedure:
Heat oil and fry the onions until it get transparent, it may take 7-8 minutes.
Add the shami kababs and stir well.
Add the tomatoes and cook until water evaporated.
Then add all the spices and cook for 5 minutes over medium flame, stir constantly.
Cover the lid and let it simmer for 10 minutes over low flame.
Add green chili and coriander leaves, mix well and serve with paratha.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
