Ingredients:

  1. Green sour apples 1 kg (peeled, chopped in small pieces)
  2. Ginger 1 tbsp (chopped)
  3. Sugar 1/2 kg
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Black pepper 1 tsp
  6. Raisins 1/2 cup (soak in water)
  7. Vinegar 1 cup
  8. Green cardamom 4 (crushed)
  9. Oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Take a sauce pan and add all ingredients, cook over low flame for 1 hour.
Stir with a wooden spoon occasionally.
After 1 hour turn the flame to medium and stir continuously until apples become smooth like jam and water of sugar evaporate.
Then allow it to get cool completely.
You can preserve it in an air tight jar.
Place it in cool place.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
