Ingredients:
- All purpose flour 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Mango juice 1/2 cup
- Cheese 1 cup (grated)
- Brown sugar 1 1/2 cup
- Egg 4
- Walnuts 1/2 cup (chopped)
Procedure:
Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl until fluffy.
Add flour, mango juice and baking powder and mix slowly.
Then beat the batter until smooth, no lumps should be there.
It may takes 10 minutes.
Then add cheese and walnuts and mix gently.
Pour this batter in greased baking bowl.
Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes in preheated oven.
Serve hot.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 50 minutes
