Ingredients:

  1. Milk 1/2 ltr
  2. Banana 1 cup (mashed)
  3. Egg 2
  4. Fresh cream 4 tbsp
  5. Icing Sugar 4 tbsp
  6. Chocolate syrup 4 tbsp

Procedure:

In a sauce pan boil milk, when it became rolling boil, add icing sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Beat eggs in a bowl and add in milk, stir constantly when you add egg.
Cook for 3 minutes more.
Add mashed banana and cook for 4 minutes more, stir it constantly.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Then Mix fresh cream.
Pour in a deep bowl and cover it.
Keep it in freezer over night.
Next day pour in ice-cream cups and garnish with chocolate syrup.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
