Ingredients:

Brinjal 2
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red pepper 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder 1/4 tsp
Spice (garam masala) powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 cup

Procedure:

Wash and cut brinjal in small pieces.
In a bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix well.
Rub the brinjal slices in the mixed dry ingredients well.
Now dip the brinjal slices in egg and deep fry until light pink.
Transfer on the pepper towel.
Serve with sauce.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
