Ingredients:
- Capsicum 1/2 kg (cut in big slices)
- Peas 1 cup
- Potatoes 1 (diced)
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Ginger 2 tbsp
- Tomato 2 (chopped)
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Dry Fenugreek (methi) 2 tbsp
- Spice powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seed 1 tsp (roasted)
- Oil 4 tbsp
Procedure:
Heat the oil in sauce pan.
Fry the cumin, then add onion, simmer until light brown.
Add ginger, tomato, stir and simmer until water evaporate.
Now add all dry ingredients except spice powder, stir and cook for 3-4 minutes more.
Add vegetables, mix well and simmer for 5-6 minutes over medium flame.
Now add 1/2 cup water, stir once, cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes over low flame or until vegetables tenderized.
When it became ready, add spice, mix well.
Serve it with Paratha.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
