Ingredients:
- Cheese 1 cup
- Sugar 2 cup (ground)
- Coconut 2 tbsp (shredded)
- Green cardamom 4 (crushed)
- Pistachio 3 tbsp (thinly sliced)
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Almonds 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Oil 2 tbsp
Procedure:
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients well with hands.
In a frying pan heat the oil.
Add all the mixture in it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Take out in an oil greased tray.
Sprinkle the pistachio and almond.
Cut in slices with a knife and serve.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
