Ingredients:

  1. Cheese 1 cup
  2. Sugar 2 cup (ground)
  3. Coconut 2 tbsp (shredded)
  4. Green cardamom 4 (crushed)
  5. Pistachio 3 tbsp (thinly sliced)
  6. Raisins 2 tbsp
  7. Almonds 2 tbsp (chopped)
  8. Oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients well with hands.
In a frying pan heat the oil.
Add all the mixture in it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Take out in an oil greased tray.
Sprinkle the pistachio and almond.
Cut in slices with a knife and serve.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
