Ingredients:
- All purpose flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Cheese 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Chocolate 1/4 cup (chopped)
Procedure:
In a bowl sift flour and baking powder.
In another bowl beat the butter, milk and egg.
Add the sifted ingredients in the prepared mixture and knead the dough.
Add chocolate, cheese and sugar.
Knead it more until became smooth.
Dust the slab with flour and roll out the dough over it.
Cut the biscuits with cutter and set in an oil greased baking tray.
Place the tray in preheat oven at 350 F for 20 minutes.
Transfer biscuits at wire racks to get cool.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
