Ingredients:
- Mango 2 cup (pulp)
- Cottage Cheese 1 cup
- Honey 3 tbsp
- Fresh cream 1 cup
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Simple cake 10 pieces
Procedure:
Whip sugar and cream, keep aside.
In blender add mango puree, cheese, and honey and lemon juice.
Blend for 2 minutes only.
Take a glass dish.
Make a layer of cake.
Spread mango puree over it.
Spread a layer of fresh cream over it.
Again make a layer of cake.
Make a layer of cream and at the end layer of blended mixture once.
Keep it in the freezer for 2 hours.
Serve cold.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Freezing Time: 2 hours
