Ingredients:

  1. Green Cabbage 2 cup (chopped)
  2. Salt 1/4 tsp
  3. Sugar 1 tbsp
  4. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  5. Olive oil 1 tsp
  6. Vinegar 1 tbsp

Procedure:

Boil the water, when it became rolling boil add cabbage.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Drain it in a strainer.
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and add the boiled cabbage.
Mix well and serve.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
