Ingredients:

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Sugar cane juice 1/4 cup
  3. Honey 4 tbsp
  4. Green cardamom 3 (crushed)
  5. Egg 1
  6. Icing sugar 2 tbsp
  7. Oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Sift all dry ingredients together.
Beat oil, juice, honey and egg in a bowl.
Add sifted ingredients in it.
Knead it even it became in the shape of smooth dough.
Dust the kitchen slab and roll the dough over it.
Cut biscuits with cutter and set on the greased baking tray.
Sprinkle icing sugar over biscuits.
Place the tray in oven and bake for 25 minutes in preheated oven at 350 F.
Transfer to wire rack to cool and preserve in an air tight jar, keep in cool place.
Serve with tea.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
