Ingredients:
- Kidney bean 1 cup (boiled)
- White chickpeas 1/2 cup (boiled)
- Red onion 1 (chopped)
- Red cabbage 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Tomato 1 (chopped)
- Cucumber 1 (chopped)
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp (ground)
- Lime juice 4 tbsp
Procedure:
Mix salt, cumin seed, oregano, lemon juice and keep aside.
In a bowl, add all other ingredients.
Pour the seasoning and mix well.
Cover and keep in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Chill Time: 1hour
