Ingredients:

  1. Kidney bean 1 cup (boiled)
  2. White chickpeas 1/2 cup (boiled)
  3. Red onion 1 (chopped)
  4. Red cabbage 1/2 cup (chopped)
  5. Tomato 1 (chopped)
  6. Cucumber 1 (chopped)
  7. Salt 1/4 tsp
  8. Oregano 1/2 tsp
  9. Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp (ground)
  10. Lime juice 4 tbsp

Procedure:

Mix salt, cumin seed, oregano, lemon juice and keep aside.
In a bowl, add all other ingredients.
Pour the seasoning and mix well.
Cover and keep in fridge for 1 hour before serving.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Chill Time: 1hour
