Ingredients:

  1. Rice 2 cup (soak in water)
  2. Green Mangoes 2 cup (puree)
  3. Green chili 4 (chopped)
  4. Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  6. Jaggery 1 tbsp
  7. Clove 4
  8. Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  9. Peanuts 1/2 cup
  10. Oil 6 tbsp

Procedure:

In a sauce pan add oil, fry cumin seeds and peanuts.
Then add all other dry ingredients and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Then add mango puree, green chili, cloves, jaggery and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
Add strained water and 1 1/2 cup water.
Mix well, cook over high flame.
When water dried, cover the lid and cook over low flame for 8 minutes.
Serve with raita.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
