Ingredients:

  1. Pasta 2 cup (boiled)
  2. Green onion 1/2 cup (chopped)
  3. Cashew nut 1/2 cup (chopped)
  4. Almond 1/4 (soak in water)
  5. Peanuts 1/2 cup
  6. Tomato 2 (seedless, cut slices)
  7. Banana 2 (chopped)
  8. Honey 4 tbsp
  9. Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  10. Olive oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Peel almonds.
In a bowl mix lemon juice, oil and honey.
Add the boiled pasta and mix well.
Add all other ingredients.
Keep in fridge for 1 hour before serving.

Preparation Time: 30 minute
Chill Time: 1 hour

Do You Know: Cashew tree is native to Brazil. Its fruit is used in baking and desserts. Cashew nut contains vitamin C, vitamin A, portion, iron, and zinc.
