Ingredients:
- Pasta 2 cup (boiled)
- Green onion 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Cashew nut 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Almond 1/4 (soak in water)
- Peanuts 1/2 cup
- Tomato 2 (seedless, cut slices)
- Banana 2 (chopped)
- Honey 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
Procedure:
Peel almonds.
In a bowl mix lemon juice, oil and honey.
Add the boiled pasta and mix well.
Add all other ingredients.
Keep in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
Preparation Time: 30 minute
Chill Time: 1 hour
