Ingredients:

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 cup (ground)
  3. Baking powder 1 tsp
  4. Green cardamom 4 (crushed)
  5. Peanut 1/2 cup
  6. Eggs 2
  7. Milk 1/2 cup
  8. Butter 1/2 cup

Procedure:

In a blender add milk and peanuts, blend until it became in shape of smooth paste.
Strain flour and baking powder together.
Take a bowl, add sugar, butter and beat until fluffy.
Then add eggs one by one, remember that when you add one egg beat it for 2 minutes and then add 2nd egg and repeat procedure.
Never add all eggs at a time in batter.
After that, add strained flour and mix it slowly, when batter become smooth, stop beating.
Add peanut paste, cardamoms and mix well.
Grease oven bowl with oil and dust it with flour.
Then pour the prepared cake mixture in it.
Bake it for 45 minutes at 350 F degree in preheated oven.
Serve hot or cold.

Tip1: Always preheat the oven for about 15 minutes.

Baking Time: 50 minutes
