Ingredients:

  1. Potatoes 1/2 kg
  2. Peas 2 cup
  3. Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
  4. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Ginger paste 1 tsp
  6. Green chili 4 (chopped)
  7. Green coriander 1/4 cup (chopped)
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  11. Spice powder 1 tsp
  12. Corn flour 1 tbsp
  13. Milk 2 tbsp
  14. Oil 1/4 cup

Preparation:

Heat up oil in a deep pan.
Add garlic, ginger paste, stir and fry for 2 minutes over medium flame.
Then Add tomatoes, red chilly powder, turmeric, spice powder and salt.
Cook and stir until water of tomatoes evaporate.
Then add the peas and potatoes and stir well.
Add 2 cup water and cook over high flame until water became rolling boil.
Turn the flame to medium, cover with tight lid and cook for 15 minutes, until vegetable tenderized.
Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp corn flour in 2 tbsp milk.
Add this mixture into vegetables, stir continuously.
Add green chili and coriander, cook for 3 minutes more.
Transfer in a serving bowl.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 35 minutes
