Ingredients:

  1. Carrot 1 (cut circles)
  2. Red beans 1 cup (boiled)
  3. Onion 1 (chopped)
  4. Green coriander leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
  5. Mint 1 tbsp (chopped)
  6. Radish 1 (thinly sliced)
  7. Salt 1/4 tsp
  8. White pepper 1/4 tsp
  9. Sugar 1 tbsp
  10. Vinegar 2 tbsp

Procedure:

In a bowl mix salt, sugar, vinegar and pepper.
In a dish add all vegetables.
Pour the seasoning over them and mix well.
Cover it and keep in fridge for 15 minutes, before serving.

Preparation Time: 30 minute
Chill Time: 15 minute
