Ingredients:
- Carrot 1 (cut circles)
- Red beans 1 cup (boiled)
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Green coriander leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Mint 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Radish 1 (thinly sliced)
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- White pepper 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
Procedure:
In a bowl mix salt, sugar, vinegar and pepper.
In a dish add all vegetables.
Pour the seasoning over them and mix well.
Cover it and keep in fridge for 15 minutes, before serving.
Preparation Time: 30 minute
Chill Time: 15 minute
Do You Know: Carrot is grown for its edible roots and eaten raw or cooked. Its the member of parsley family. It is a rich source of vitamin A and fiber.
