Ingredients:

  1. Rice 1 cup (soak in water)
  2. Jaggery 1 1/2 cup (grounded)
  3. Almonds, Cashew nuts, pistachio 1/2 cup
  4. Raisins 1/2 cup (soak in water)
  5. Green cardamom 4
  6. Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Fry all the nuts in 1 tbsp oil for 3-4 minutes and keep aside.Drain the rice.
Add them in a sauce pan with 3 cup water, gur and green cardamom, when it take first boil, cover the lid and cook until rice over cooked.
It may take 30 minutes over medium flame, stir occasionally.
When you feel water of rice became to dry, add oil, now stir it continuously for 8-10 minutes until water dries up and it became in smooth shape.
Add all nuts and resins.
Cook more for 3-4 minutes until oil separates.
Serve hot.

Cooking Time: 50 minutes
