Ingredients:
- Sabudana 1/4 cup (wash, soak in water)
- Sugar 1 cup
- Milk 1 ltr
- Green cardamom 3 (crushed)
- Almonds 1/4 cup
Procedure:
Boil almonds in water, then peel and cut in slices.
In a sauce pan add milk.
Cook it, when it became rolling boil then add sugar and green cardamom.
Cook over medium flame for 10 minutes, stir constantly.
Add drained sabudana, stir continuously.
Simmer till sabudana becomes transparent and bigger in size.
It just takes 3-4 minutes to cook.
Transfer in a bowl and garnish with almonds.
Serve hot.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Do You Know: Pearl Sago or Sabudana grains are small balls, white and dry. Especially cooked in Pakistan and India as evening snack.
