Ingredients:

  1. Cheese 1/2 kg (cut in dices)
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Yogurt 1/2 cup
  4. Tomatoes 4 (chopped)
  5. Onions 2 (chopped)
  6. Ginger 1 tbsp (chopped)
  7. Garlic clove 2 (thinly chopped)
  8. Green chili 4 (chopped)
  9. Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
  10. Salt 1 tsp
  11. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  12. Spice powder 1 tsp
  13. Oil 4 tbsp

Procedure:

Heat the oil in a pan.
Fry the cheese until get slightly brown.
Take another pan, heat some oil, add onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, stir and fry for 5 minutes over medium flame.
Add tomatoes and cook until water of tomatoes dry up and oil become separate.
Then add yogurt and all dried spices, cook until get smooth over medium flame.
Then add fried cheese and milk.
Cook over high flame until milk became rolling boil.
Then cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes over medium flame until gravy became thick, and stir occasionally.
When it became ready, garnish with green coriander and green chili.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
