Ingredients:
- Potato 3 (boiled, cubed)
- Green onion 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Onion 1 (thinly sliced)
- Mint 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seed 1/2 tsp (ground)
- Fresh cream 4 tbsp (whipped)
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
Procedure:
Boil potatoes, peel and cut in cubes.
Mix all dry ingredients in cream and keep aside.
Mix all vegetables and vinegar.
Add cream mixture in vegetables and fold gently.
Keep in room temperature and serve.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
