Ingredients:
- Bread slices 8 (cut the corners, make 4 pieces)
- Milk 1 1/2 cup
- Cheese 4 tbsp (grated)
- Green cardamom 2 (crushed)
- Sugar 5 tbsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
Procedure:
Fry the bread in oil until brown and set it in a glass dish.
In a sauce pan add milk.
Cook for 15 minutes over medium flame, stir constantly.
Add sugar and cardamom and cook for 5 minutes over low flame.
Add grated cheese and cook for 3 minutes.
Pour this cooked mixture over bread slices.
Let it cool.
Serve hot or cold.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
