Ingredients:

  1. Coconut 1 cup (ground)
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Water 1/2 cup
  4. Green cardamom 3
  5. Raisins 1/4 cup (soak in water)
  6. Pistachio 1/4 cup (sliced)
  7. Puree ghee 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Add 1/2 cup water in a sauce pan.
Add sugar and cardamom in it and cook until sugar dissolves.
It may take 4-5 minutes and keep it a side.
In a pan heat the oil and fry the coconut over medium flame until it get light brown.
Then add resins in it.
Now stir continuously and add slowly the sugar syrup which we prepared first.
Stir it continuously other wise it will stick to the pan, cook it over low flame until sugar syrup mix well and oil became separates.
Transfer it in a dish and garnish with pistachio.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes

Do You Know: Pure Ghee is originated from Indian subcontinent. It’s made by simmering butter until all water has boiled off and protein stacked to the bottom of pan. Then cooked butter is spooned off to avoid disturbing the milk solids on the bottom of the pan.
