Ingredients:
- Cheese 1 cup
- Dry milk 1/4 cup
- Green cardamom powder 1/8 tsp
- Green cardamom 2
- Sugar 2 tbsp (ground)
- Milk 2 cup
- Pistachio 2 tbsp (sliced)
Procedure:
In a bowl mix, cheese, ground sugar, cardamom powder and dry milk.
Make small balls of this material.
In a sauce pan add 2 cup milk, 3 tbsp sugar and crushed cardamoms.
Cook this milk for 20 minutes until became little thick and stir it occasionally.
Add balls in the cooked milk and simmer for 5 minutes more over medium flame.
Stir slightly otherwise balls could broke.
Transfer in a dish and let it cool.
Sprinkle pistachio.
Keep it in fridge for 3-4 hours.
Serve cold.
