Ingredients:

  1. All purpose flour (maida)1 cup
  2. Eggs 2
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Water 1/4 cup
  5. Baking powder 1 tsp
  6. Salt 1/4 tsp
  7. Sugar 1/2 cup (ground)
  8. Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Oil 4 tbsp

Procedure:

In a bowl mix flour, baking powder ,sugar, salt and cinnamon powder.
Add milk and make a dough.
Add little warm water in it to set the dough.
Add 2 eggs, mix with hands.
It may takes 40 minutes to make this dough.
When it became ready, cover it and keep in fridge for 1 hour.
Spread the dry flour on surface and make and roll the dough over it.
It should be of 1/2 inch of thickness.
Take a round donut cutter and make donuts of this rolled dough.
Keep the donuts in a tray.
Gather the dough and repeat the procedure.
Cut more donuts from it.
In a pan heat the oil and fry the donuts until light brown.
Serve hot or cold with tea.

Preparation Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
