Ingredients

  1. White chickpeas 1 cup
  2. Onion 1 (chopped)
  3. Potato 2 (cut in cubes)
  4. Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
  5. Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  6. Dry red chili 4 (crushed)
  7. Fenugreek seed 1/2 tsp
  8. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  9. Green coriander 4 tbsp (chopped)
  10. Tamarind 3 tsp
