  1. White floor 1/4 cup
  2. Semolina 3 cup
  3. Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  4. Salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Oil (for fry)
Pani:
  1. Tamarind (Imli) 1 cup
  2. Water 4 cup
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tsp (ground)
  6. Dry Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  7. Nigella 1/4 tsp
Filling:
  1. Potato 2 (boiled, mashed)
  2. Black or white chickpeas 1/2 cup (boiled)
  3. Green chili 2 (minced)
  4. Onion 1/2 (chopped)
  5. Mint 1 tbsp (chopped)
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp

  2. Yogurt 1 kg
  3. Onion 1 (chopped)
  4. Potatoes 2 (cut small cubes)
  5. Green chili 8 (minced)
  6. Ginger 1 tbsp (shredded)
  7. Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  11. Spice powder 1 tsp
  12. Clove 3
  13. Black cardamom 2
  14. Cinnamon stick 1 (1 inch)
  15. Water 10 cup
  16. Oil 4 tbsp

  1. Gram flour 1/2 cup
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp
  3. Red pepper 1/2 tsp
  4. Spice powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Onion 1 (sliced)

  1. Mutton/Beef meat 1 kg
  2. Wheat grains 1 cup (ground, soak in water)
  3. Gram lentil 1 cup (soak in water)
  4. Onion 2 (ground)
  5. Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  6. Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
  7. Salt 1 tbsp
  8. Dry red chili 12 (ground)
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  11. Cumin seed 1 tbsp (ground)
  12. Spice powder 1 tbsp
  13. Ghee 1 cup
Seasoning:
  1. Green Coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
