<h3>Ingredients:</h3>
<ol>
<li>All purpose flour (maida)1 cup</li>
<li> Eggs 2</li>
<li> Milk 1/2 cup</li>
<li> Water 1/4 cup</li>
<li> Baking powder 1 tsp</li>
<li> Salt 1/4 tsp</li>
<li> Sugar 1/2 cup (ground)</li>
<li> Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp</li>
<li> Oil 4 tbsp</li>
</ol>
<h3>Procedure:</h3>
<p>In a bowl mix flour, baking powder ,sugar, salt and cinnamon powder.<span id="more-314"></span><br />
Add milk and make a dough.<br />
Add little warm water in it to set the dough.<br />
Add 2 eggs, mix with hands.<br />
It may takes 40 minutes to make this dough.<br />
When it became ready, cover it and keep in fridge for 1 hour.<br />
Spread the dry flour on surface and make and roll the dough over it.<br />
It should be of 1/2 inch of thickness.<br />
Take a round donut cutter and make donuts of this rolled dough.<br />
Keep the donuts in a tray.<br />
Gather the dough and repeat the procedure.<br />
Cut more donuts from it.<br />
In a pan heat the oil and fry the donuts until light brown.<br />
Serve hot or cold with tea.</p>

Preheat oven at 350 degree F before 30 minutes.<br />
In a bowl mix mango juice, orange juice and brown sugar.<br />
Add flour, baking powder and mix well, no lumps should be there.<br />
Then add raisins and fold gently.<br />
Now fill the muffins with prepared better till half.<br />
Sprinkle orange zest over muffins and keep the tray in oven and bake for 25 minutes.</p>

<h3>Procedure:</h3>
<p>Add little salt and black pepper in beaten eggs.<span id="more-173"></span><br />
Fry okra in heated oil until became light brown, then take out in a dish.<br />
In the same oil, fry onion, when it became pink, add all spices and tomato.<br />
Cook until water of tomatoes became evaporated.<br />
Then a add fried okra and cook for 6 minutes, stir constantly, cook it over medium flame.<br />
After that add beaten eggs and stir constantly, cook for 2-3 minutes.<br />
Then add lemon juice, green chili and coriander, stir once.<br />
Cover with tight lid and cook for 5 minutes over low flame.<br />
Serve with roti.</p>

<li> Instant coffee 1 tbsp</li>
<li> Pistachio 4 tbsp (chopped)</li>
<li> Almonds 2 tbsp (chopped)</li>
</ol>
<h3>Procedure:</h3>
<p>In a glass bowl add cream, sugar, coffee, milk and chocolate.<span id="more-118"></span><br />
Keep in microwave until it melts up, it may takes 5 minutes or more.<br />
Then take it out and add beaten eggs, mix well and microwave again for 5 minutes more.<br />
Add broken wafer biscuits, pistachio in it and mix well.<br />
Pour it in serving cups.<br />
Sprinkle almonds and pistachio.<br />
Let them cool in room temperature.<br />
Then cover and keep in freezer fro 3-4 hours.<br />
Serve cold.</p>

<li> Milk 1 ltr</li>
<li> Sugar 1/2 cup</li>
<li> Water 2 cup</li>
<li> Green cardamom 4</li>
<li> Pistachio 1/4 cup (sliced)</li>
<li> Lemon juice or citric acid 1/4 cup</li>
<li> Rose water 2 tbsp</li>
<li> Muslin cloth (for straining)</li>
</ol>
<h3>Procedure:</h3>
<p>In a pan boil the milk on medium flame, stir continuously.<span id="more-310"></span><br />
When its at rolling boil add lemon juice.<br />
Milk will split immediately, stir continuously for 1 minute.<br />
Remove from heat.<br />
Strain the curdled milk through a muslin cloth to separate the curds.<br />
Wash this curd with cold tap water.<br />
Tight the muslin cloth to extract the extra water.<br />
Hang this muslin cloth with curd for 2-3 hours to dry up the curd.<br />
Spread this cheese in a wide tray.<br />
Make small balls from this cheese and press with tight hands.<br />
Keep a side.<br />
In a sauce pan boil the water.<br />
When it became to rolling boil add sugar and cardamom.<br />
Cook for 4-5 minutes over medium flame, until sugar dissolves.<br />
Add cheese balls in the sugar syrup.<br />
Cover the lid, cook for 20 minutes over medium flame.<br />
Remove the heat but do not open the lid for 40 minutes more.<br />
After that separate balls gently from the syrup.<br />
Garnish with pistachio and serve cold.</p>
<p><strong>Preparation Time:</strong> 4 hour<br />
<strong> Cooking Time:</strong> 30 minutes</p>

<h3>Ingredients:</h3>
<ol>
<li> Chicken 1 kg (8 pieces)</li>
<li> Rice 1 kg</li>
<li> Onion 1/2 cup (chopped)</li>
<li> Green Chile 6   (cut small)</li>
<li> Tomatoes 3   (roughly chopped)</li>
<li> Ginger 1 tbsp (ground)</li>
<li> Garlic paste 1/2 tsp</li>
<li> Salt 4 tbsp (according to taste)</li>
<li> Red pepper powder 1 tsp</li>
<li> Spice powder 2 tbsp</li>
<li> Water 8 cup</li>
<li> Ghee 1 cup</li>
</ol>
<h3>Procedure:</h3>
<p>Wash the rice and soak in plenty of water for 1 hour.<span id="more-260"></span><br />
Heat the ghee in the heavy base pan.<br />
Add the onion, stir frequently, until it looks golden brown.<br />
Add the washed and drained meat, fry it for 8 minutes then put ginger, garlic, tomatoes, green chili, red pepper, spice, salt and stir frequently.<br />
Fry this over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes until the meat turns to golden color.<br />
Then add 4 cups water and cook over high flame.<br />
When water became rolling boil, cover the lid and cook over medium flame until chicken tenderized, it may takes 15 minutes.<br />
When chicken tenderized, add the drain rice in it.<br />
Cook over high flame until water evaporated, stir these occasionally.<br />
Cover the lid, reduce the heat to low and cook for 8-10 minutes.<br />
Serve hot with Raita.</p>

<h3>Ingredients:</h3>
<ol>
<li> Cheese 1 cup</li>
<li> Dry milk 1/4 cup</li>
<li> Green cardamom powder 1/8 tsp</li>
<li> Green cardamom 2</li>
<li> Sugar 2 tbsp (ground)</li>
<li> Milk 2 cup</li>
<li> Pistachio 2 tbsp (sliced)</li>
</ol>
<h3>Procedure:</h3>
<p>In a bowl mix, cheese, ground sugar, cardamom powder and dry milk.<span id="more-306"></span><br />
Make small balls of this material.<br />
In a sauce pan add 2 cup milk, 3 tbsp sugar and crushed cardamoms.<br />
Cook this milk for 20 minutes until became little thick and stir it occasionally.<br />
Add balls in the cooked milk and simmer for 5 minutes more over medium flame.<br />
Stir slightly otherwise balls could broke.<br />
Transfer in a dish and let it cool.<br />
Sprinkle pistachio.<br />
Keep it in fridge for 3-4 hours.<br />
Serve cold.</p>

<p>Add 1/2 cup water in a sauce pan.<span id="more-333"></span><br />
Add sugar and cardamom in it and cook until sugar dissolves.<br />
It may take 4-5 minutes and keep it a side.<br />
In a pan heat the oil and fry the coconut over medium flame until it get light brown.<br />
Then add resins in it.<br />
Now stir continuously and add slowly the sugar syrup which we prepared first.<br />
Stir it continuously other wise it will stick to the pan, cook it over low flame until sugar syrup mix well and oil became separates.<br />
Transfer it in a dish and garnish with pistachio.</p>
