Ingredients:

  1. Beef 1 kg (minced)
  2. Gram lentil (chana dal) 1 cup
  3. Onion 1 (chopped)
  4. Garlic cloves 8 (skinned)
  5. Ginger 2 tbsp (chopped)
  6. Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
  7. Green chilies 8 (chopped)
  8. Salt 2 tsp
  9. Red Chili powder 2 tsp
  10. Black cardamom 2
  11. Cumin seed 1 tsp (ground)
  12. Cinnamon stick 1 (small piece )
  13. Cloves 6
  14. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  15. Egg 2 (beaten)
  16. Water 1/2 liter
  17. Oil 2 cup

Ingredients:

  1. Beef/mutton 1 kg (minced)
  2. Spring onions 1 cup (chopped)
  3. Green chili 6 (chopped)
  4. Salt 2 tbsp
  5. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  6. Chat masala 2 tsp
  7. Dry pomegranate 1 tbsp
  8. Coriander seeds 1 tbsp (crushed)
  9. Spice powder 2 tsp
  10. Oil 4 tbsp

Procedure:

Put minced meat in a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.

  7. Green chili 6 (chopped)
  8. Salt 2 tsp
  9. Dry red chili 3 tsp (crushed)
  10. Coriander seeds 3 tbsp
  11. Cumin seeds 4 tbsp (ground)
  12. Dry pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
  13. Oil 2 cup (for fry)
