Ingredients:
- Beef 1 kg (minced)
- Gram lentil (chana dal) 1 cup
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Garlic cloves 8 (skinned)
- Ginger 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Green chilies 8 (chopped)
- Salt 2 tsp
- Red Chili powder 2 tsp
- Black cardamom 2
- Cumin seed 1 tsp (ground)
- Cinnamon stick 1 (small piece )
- Cloves 6
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Egg 2 (beaten)
- Water 1/2 liter
- Oil 2 cup

Ingredients:
- Beef/mutton 1 kg (minced)
- Spring onions 1 cup (chopped)
- Green chili 6 (chopped)
- Salt 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Chat masala 2 tsp
- Dry pomegranate 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp (crushed)
- Spice powder 2 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Procedure:
Put minced meat in a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.

- Dry red chili 3 tsp (crushed)
- Coriander seeds 3 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 4 tbsp (ground)
- Dry pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 cup (for fry)
