Ingredients:

  1. Onion 1
  2. Peas 1 cup
  3. Potato 2
  4. Carrot 1
  5. Bell pepper 1
  6. Green chili 4
  7. Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
  8. Ginger 1 tbsp
  9. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  10. Salt 1 tsp
  11. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  12. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Spice (garam masala) powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Cumin seed 1 tsp (roasted)
  15. Oil 4 tbsp
