Ingredients:
- Onion 1
- Peas 1 cup
- Potato 2
- Carrot 1
- Bell pepper 1
- Green chili 4
- Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Spice (garam masala) powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seed 1 tsp (roasted)
- Oil 4 tbsp
