Ingredients:

  1. Carrot 1/2 kg
  2. Mint leaf 1 tsp
  3. Sugar 2 tbsp
  4. Salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  6. Ice cubes

Preparation:

Wash, peel and cut carrots.
Discard the inner part of carrots.
Add 4 cup water, carrots, salt, mint leaves and sugar in blender.
Blend until get smooth.
Strain this juice and pour in glasses.
Add ice cubes and lemon juice in it.

Note: Always serve carrot juice quickly after preparation.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Do You Know: Originally Mint was used as herb to treat stomach ache and some other pains. Mint leaves were also used to whiten teeth. It also helps digestion.
