Ingredients:
- Rice 2 cup (boiled)
- Mushrooms 1/2 kg
- Onion 1 (sliced lengthwise)
- Green chilies 6 (sliced lengthwise)
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
- Spice powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Oil 4 tbsp
