Ingredients:

  1. Garlic 1 cup (shredded)
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Whole cloves 4
  4. Spice (garam masala) powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Red pepper 6 (crushed)
  7. Vinegar 4 tbsp
  8. Ghee 1/4 cup
